Cancellation and refund policy

This policy describes how paid visibility or listing packages may be cancelled or refunded. It applies in addition to any terms shown at checkout or on your invoice.

Scope

Fees for premium listing exposure, featured placement, or similar digital services are for platform visibility and tools—not for guaranteeing a sale or lease. Separate property transactions are solely between the parties involved.

Cancellation by you

If you wish to cancel an active package before the end of its published period, contact us through customer support with your listing or order reference. Where a package has not yet commenced delivery, we will cancel it where reasonably possible.

Where promotional display has already started, cancellation may stop future renewal but generally does not undo impressions or time already consumed.

Refunds

• If we are unable to deliver a paid service due to our error or a technical fault on our side, we will remedy the issue or offer a proportional refund or credit at our discretion.
• Refunds are not typically provided simply because a property did not sell or rent, or because a user chose to withdraw a listing voluntarily after the package began.
• Duplicate charges or clear billing mistakes will be corrected upon verification.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can review your concern. Chargebacks without notice may affect account status.
